The current 2015 RVDGA Board of Directors consist of 7 members. During the past year, the board has made some tough decisions and worked very hard to improve the club in many different aspects. The club has successfully purchased a mower, come to an agreement with the Corps Of Engineers at Old Post Park for use and maintenance of the facility, submitted and received approval an application to be a 501(c)(3) non profit organization, and has adapted and approved club by-laws. With these changes, the board feels that the club is in a good financial position going into 2016. With that comes the first voting period for our newly formed 501(c)(3) organization. The current board has established the process for nominations and voting below.
- November 13th – December 11th: Apply for Nomination (Click Here to Apply)
- December 12th – December 31st : Club Wide Voting Period for Nominated Board Members
After January first, the newly formed Board of Directors will vote on officers within the Board.
The Board will need to fill 4 officer positions.

The Board of Directors will also operate under newly approved and established by-laws that can be downloaded and seen here. Each board member will be held to the terms within the by-laws. Club meetings are generally held on Thursdays at 6:00 pm. Occasionally meetings are moved to Tuesday for scheduling conflicts. Please consider these by-laws and scheduling before application to the Board.
